Oroas Solutions · AI Adoption & Business Process Automation
Your team is doing work your software should already be doing.
Business process automation for Indian businesses, ₹10–500 Cr.
We find the hours your business loses to manual, repeatable work — then we build the automation, embed it in your team's own tools, and show you every month whether it is working.
The shift
Everyone bought AI. Almost nobody got the time back.
Bought tools
- Licences for the team, and a hunt for a use case afterwards.
- The AI drafts something a person still retypes into Tally or the CRM.
- Nobody measured the before, so nobody can prove the after.
Fixed processes
- Start from the work, not the software. Watch it run, count the minutes.
- Automate end to end — into the system of record, with no human handoff in the middle.
- Baseline first, then report the same numbers every month.
of company AI pilots deliver no measurable return — not because the technology failed, but because the process around it never changed.

The problem, made visible
Where mid-market businesses lose hours to manual work
Order to cash
Orders arrive on WhatsApp, e-mail and a portal. Someone retypes them into the ERP, then chases payment on a spreadsheet.
Purchase & vendor ops
PO matching, GRN checks and vendor follow-ups run on memory and phone calls. Exceptions surface at month-end.
Reconciliation & GST
Bank, ledger and GSTR-2B matching is a multi-day manual grind, plus a scramble before every filing date.
Customer support
The same forty questions answered afresh daily across WhatsApp, calls and e-mail. No routing, no record, no SLA.
Hiring & onboarding
CV screening, interview scheduling, document collection and IT provisioning eat a founder's or HR lead's week.
MIS & reporting
The weekly numbers are assembled by hand from four systems. By the time the deck exists, the week is over.
Every one of these is high-volume, rule-heavy and already partly digital. That is exactly the profile AI automates well.
How it works
Five phases. The discipline is in the fifth.
Map
Weeks 1–3
We shadow the work as it is actually done — touches, minutes, errors, handoffs, and where your data already lives.
Score
Week 3
Every candidate process is scored on volume, rule clarity, pain, data readiness and change risk. You approve the sequence.
Build
Weeks 4–9
Built into the tools you already use. Integration into your system of record is the deliverable — not a draft someone retypes.
Embed
Weeks 8–12
A named owner, a rewritten SOP, an exception queue, and 30 days of human approval before anything runs unattended.
Measure
Ongoing
The same numbers as the baseline, reported every month — good or bad. Workflows that stop earning their keep get switched off.
Anyone can do the build. The reason most AI projects produce nothing is that nobody does the mapping or the measuring. Our contract commits us to both.
What we automate
What we automate: six places it pays for itself first
Customer support
- Ticket triage & routing
- Drafted replies
- Self-updating help centre
Finance & accounts
- Invoice data capture
- PO & GRN matching
- Bank & GST reconciliation
Sales & revenue
- Lead qualification
- CRM hygiene
- Quotes & proposals
Operations & supply
- Order intake, any channel
- Dispatch paperwork
- Stock & SLA alerts
Hiring & admin
- CV shortlisting
- Interview scheduling
- Onboarding checklists
MIS & reporting
- Weekly pack assembled
- Anomaly flags
- Draft commentary
Ranges are published industry benchmarks (Gartner, Fin.ai, Nucleus Research 2026), not a guarantee. Your own baseline is measured in the audit.

Free GST Reconciliation Checker
Upload your Purchase Register and your GSTR-2B. In about a minute you'll see which invoices your vendors haven't filed, where the amounts don't match, and exactly how much input tax credit is at risk — with a plain-English next step on every flag. It runs entirely in your browser, so your files never leave your computer.

What changes
Same team. Same systems. Very different week.
You are not buying scripts. You are buying a way of working that keeps running when people are busy, ill or gone.
Proof
One page. Six numbers. Every month.
You will always know whether it is working — including the months when it isn't.
Touch rate
Fewer transactions that still need a person
Cycle time
Work finishes in hours, not days
Error rate
Fewer mistakes reaching a customer
Exception rate
Fewer things falling out of the process
Hours redeployed
Time moved to work that needs judgement
Coverage
More of your process list running on its own
If a workflow stops earning its keep, we say so and switch it off. That is written into the engagement, not left to goodwill.
Our limits
What we will not do
Every one of these is profitable for somebody. None of them is what you actually need.
Replace your ERP
We integrate with Tally, SAP or whatever you already run. Ripping it out is somebody else's business, and rarely the reason you are slow.
Sell you software seats
We do not resell licences and take a margin. You buy an outcome, not a subscription count that grows with your headcount.
Train a custom AI model
Expensive to build, expensive to keep alive, and almost never what an ordinary business workflow actually needs.
Put our people on your payroll
This is not staff augmentation. If the honest answer is that you need one more person, we will tell you that for free.
Hand you a strategy document
Every engagement ends with something running in production. A deck full of recommendations is not a deliverable.
Automate what we cannot measure
If a process has no countable baseline, we instrument it first or we turn the work down. This is the whole basis of how we report.
Saying no to five profitable things is how we stay good at the sixth.

The Efficiency Audit
Three weeks. We shadow your five highest-volume processes and come back with a number.
What you get
- A ranked register of every automatable process, with hours estimated against each line.
- A twelve-month sequencing roadmap with dependencies and owners named.
- A one-page baseline scorecard — the numbers every future report is measured against.
- A half-day readout with your leadership team. Plain English, no jargon.
Yours to keep, whether or not you work with us afterwards.
We do not run free assessments. The audit is priced to be a real decision — and it is the only way we take on new work.

Why Oroas
Why choose Oroas as your automation partner
We have run these operations
Two decades inside consumer electronics, AdTech, e-commerce and retail — including at Samsung. We have sat on your side of the table and owned the processes we now automate.
India-native by default
GST, Tally, WhatsApp Business and Hinglish are built in, not bolted on. You are not getting a Western playbook translated after the fact.
We build our own tooling
The process-mining and monitoring layer is ours, not a licensed dashboard. That means no vendor incentives, faster iteration and a better price for you.
Measured, and reversible
We baseline before we build, report the same numbers every month, and leave you owning every account and file. You can remove us at any point.
Small team, senior attention. You will always be talking to the person doing the work.
Questions we get
Answered before you ask
Our business is too specific to automate
Everyone says this, and everyone is partly right. It is why we do not sell templates — every workflow starts from watching your team do the actual work.
We tried a tool and nobody used it
That is the normal outcome of buying software without changing the process. We name an owner, rewrite the SOP, and stay on the exception queue after go-live.
How do I know it actually saved anything?
Because we measured it before we built it. Every monthly report compares against a baseline you signed off in the audit.
Where does our data go?
Only the fields a task genuinely needs ever leave your systems, and we can run the whole stack inside your own environment. Your data is never used to train anyone's model.
What if we want to stop?
Every workflow has a documented manual fallback and a threshold at which we recommend switching it off. You own the accounts and the files throughout.
Anything else, ask it on the call. We would rather lose the deal early than discover a bad fit in week six.

Three weeks. Five processes mapped end to end. You end up with a ranked list of what to fix, what it is worth, and in what order — yours to keep either way.
